Warranty

Don't be left wondering if the job will take all summer or that we will disappear after installation. Our guarantees have you covered.

7 Day ON TIME Performance Guarantee

All work by the Great Garage Company will be divided into 4 distinct phases of construction that will EACH have guaranteed 7 DAY ON TIME PERFORMANCE or less.

The last thing you need is someone to start your project, tear up your yard and leave. We don't think that's right. You deserve more. We will have your project not only done right but completed in a timeley fashion or we pay you. Guaranteed!

Demolition

We guarantee that your old structure will be demolished, cleaned up and debris removed in 2 WORKDAYS or less from start of phase.

Concrete

We guarantee that your concrete will be set up, poured, finished and sealed within 7 WORKDAYS or less from start of phase.

Build

We guarantee that your garage will be framed, sheeted and roofed within 2 WORKDAYS or less from start of phase.

Finish and Cleanup

We guarantee that your new garage will be sided, doors installed, gutters installed, electric installed and cleaned up within 7 WORKDAYS or less from start of phase.

What Happens Next

If for any reason other than events out of our control, each phase of construction is not completed within the allocated workdays given, The Great Garage Company will pay you $25.00 per working day until that phase is complete.

Events out of our control: Events would include but not limited to weather conditions, availability of materials, city inspections, client's failure to have drive clear, electric supplied or progress payments not up to date.

Workdays: WORKDAYS include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.

3 Year Workmanship Guarantee

All work by The Great Garage Company is fully guaranteed against faulty workmanship for three full years from the original date of installation.

There will be no charge to the client for labor or materials on any repair due to faulty worksmanship during that three year period.

We look for the best materials we can find to build your garage. Because we don't manufacture them, we make no warranties as to materials. That's ok because we hereby assign all manufacturers' warranties to you, the owner.

The Great Garage Company cannot warrant concrete against cracking, spalling, or flaking because no supplier warrants concrete. Maybe they'll invent something better some day but until then, this is all that is available.

If you should find something that you'd like repaired, simply call the office. We will promptly schedule a service appointment within 48 hours of the call. You will be quoted an exact day and time so that your time is not wasted waiting around for the serviceman.
